After moving to Toronto, Ontario, Brady worked under renowned chef Jean Pierre Challet at his critically acclaimed restaurant, ICI Bistro and moved with Jean Pierre to the Windsor Arms Hotel to help open his new restaurant. He’s also catered everything from the Much Music Video Awards and parties hosted by the White House, to private parties for Drake & Russell Peters and massive events and three-course sit down dinners for 5000+ people. When it comes to catering, there isn’t a venue in the city of Toronto that he hasn’t catered or a type of event that he hasn’t done.
